1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Tessamark Pro does not fit your workflow, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked and no explanation required.

2. Merchant of Record

Our online orders are processed and billed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle Payments Ltd), who acts as Merchant of Record. All refunds are processed through Paddle in accordance with their consumer protection standards.

3. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund using either of the following methods:

• Direct Email: Send an email to contact@tessamark.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout. We will initiate the refund via Paddle immediately.
• Paddle Buyer Support: Visit Paddle's self-service buyer portal at paddle.net to retrieve your transaction receipt and request assistance.

4. Processing and Payouts

Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay). Depending on your financial institution, funds generally appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days. No cancellation or handling fees will be charged.

5. Licence Deactivation

When a refund is completed, the cryptographic Ed25519 signature associated with your Pro licence key will be revoked. You may continue to use the free tier of Tessamark without interruption; your documents, vaults, and local git histories remain entirely unaffected.
